Terms of Clearance: This requirement, contained in Section 95.861 of the Commission rules, was waived by an order released on 1998, pending resolution of FCC Docket 98-228. No information was collected under this item -- which requires 218-219 licensees to notify households that can receive Channel 13 TV broadcasts of potential interference. The FCC allows any type of notification.
