requirement, contained in Section 95.861 of the Commission rules,
was waived by an order released on 1998, pending resolution of FCC
Docket 98-228. No information was collected under this item --
which requires 218-219 licensees to notify households that can
receive Channel 13 TV broadcasts of potential interference. The FCC
allows any type of notification.

The rule is needed to require
licensees in the 218-219 MHz service to notify all households
located with a TV channel 13 and a 218-219 MHz system service area
of potential interference to channel 13 TV reception.
