Abstract: To enable contracting officer to achieve subcontracting plan objectives to support GSA's commitment of achieving the maximum practical opportunity that can be afforded to small, small disadvantaged, and women-owned small business concerns for sub- contracting in GSA acquisions. Plans are required from large businesses wherein the contract estimate is over $500,000 ($1,000,000 for construction).
