Abstract: End-use certificates are filed by importers and end users of Canadian produced wheat to assure compliance with U.S. origin laws and regulations. This revision is needed because of higher volume food assistance shipments under the President's wheat initiative and because of changes to the Harmonized Tariff Schedule that took effect on January 1, 1999.
