Terms of Clearance: Approved consistent with clarifications in INS memos of 4-16-99 and 4-21-99. The previously approved collection had been adjusted to 1,587,900 hours as per INS' 1998 ICB submission. INS now believes this submission was in error and is reinstating the collection for 420,000 hours (the amount prior to the last change). When INS reprints the form without OMB's address in the burden statement, the form will be submitted to OMB.
