Information regarding test procedures for aftermarket converter reconditioners, protype test results for new aftermarket converter manufacturers, and reports by both types of manufacturers regarding customer information; new aftermarket converter manufacturers maintain warranty records 5 years. Installers have requirements to keep invoice and converter removal justification for 6 months and to fill out warranty cards and to tage removed converters for 15 days.
