Abstract: Domestic nondominant carriers must file tarrifs pursuant to 47 U.S.C. section 203; implementing regulations are found at 47 CFR sections 61.20-61.23. Domestic nondominant common carriers must file tariffs containing specific rates. The information is used by the Commission to determine whether the rates, terms, and conditions of service offered are just and reasonable as the Act requires.
