Abstract: A telephone survey and mail-out data collection form is being sent to all 50 States and the District of Columbia to collect information about their respective employment and training (E&T) programs. This information is compiled in order to meet a congressional mandate to ERS to study how States restructured their E&T programs in response to the changes brought about by the Balanced Budget Act of 1997.
