We are publishing a proposed rule to
allow the importation of poultry carcasses and parts or products of
poultry carcasses from regions where Exotic Newcastle Disease is
considered to exist if they originated in a region free of END and
meet certain conditions with respect to processing and
shipping.
On behalf of this Federal agency, I certify that
