Abstract: On behalf of the Secretary, the Indian Minerals Steering Committee (IMSC) has established a subcommittee from BIA, BLM, and MMS to evaluate FIMO operations and provide a formal report. The evaluation does require a one-time collection of information from the public, the individual Indian mineral owners, and companies working on the Indian mineral leases.
