Abstract: The information is needed to assure that net gaming revenues are used (1) to fund tribal government operations and programs, (2) to provide for the general welfare of the Indian tribe and its members, (3) to promote tribal economic development, (4) to donate to charitable organizations, and (5) to fund operations of local government agencies. The regulations will establish a method for the submission, review, and approval of tribal revenue allocation plans for the distribution of net gaming revenues from tribal gaming activities.
