Abstract: Air carriers provide FAA with system data for specific flights, including selectee status of individuals, when requested, as part of an evaluation of an accident investigation, a security incident investigation, or security compliance oversight. As part of DOJ recommendation, carriers will provide this information to FAA to evaluate CAPS to ensure that it remains effective and nondiscriminatory.
