Abstract: 10 CFR part 75 establishes a system of nuclear material accounting and control to implement the agreement between the United States and the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA). The US/IAEA Agreement requires licensees to submit information concerning their installation that establishes, maintains, and follows prescribed material accounting and control procedures, provides reports, and permits IAEA inspections.
