Abstract: Sixteen reporting and recordkeeping requirements are addressed by this submission. They are needed to ensure compliance with U.S. regulations for the design and operation of liquefied gas carriers. The regulations also address cargo operations, handling, and safety. The regulations apply to 222 foreign-flag vessels and 8 U.S.-flag vessels.
