Abstract: HUD is participating in the National Partnership for Reinventing (NPR) Government Survey designed to develop an index of comparable scores and/or benchmarks as part of a balanced set of measures to evaluate and improve customer satisfaction. The survey will build on efforts Governmentwide to implement Executive Order 12862 (Setting Customer Service Standards) and will measure customer satisfaction in comparison with the "best in business" achievements by private sector firms. The respondents for HUD will be Multifamily and Public Housing and managers and residents.
