Abstract: This survey will collect data on State-level resources, capacity, and efforts to control tobacco use. Data will be collected from State health departments, major voluntary, and other State organizations concerned with tobacco control in all 50 States and the District of Columbia. The data will be used to evaluate the effectiveness of the ASSIST program.
