The agency must more fully respond to the questions in the supporting statement by describing each of the multiple application requirements and a burden estimate for each. In particular, since a tribal resolution in support of the petition is part of the application requirements and cannot be interpreted as a necessary step to implementing a child custody program, the information collection should account for the time required to prepare and obtain such a resolution.
