Requirements for Allegations of Significant Adverse Reactions to
Human Health or the Environment -- TSCA Section 8(c) Health and
Safety Data Reporting Rule
Extension without change of a currently approved collection
Section 8(c) of TSCA requires that
"any person who manufactures, processes, or distributes in commerce
any chemical substance or mixture" must keep "records of signficant
adverse reaction to health or the environment, as determined by the
Administrator by rule, alleged to have been caused by the substance
or mixture."
On behalf of this Federal agency, I certify that
the collection of information encompassed by this request complies
with 5 CFR 1320.9 and the related provisions of 5 CFR
1320.8(b)(3).
