Abstract: FIFRA section 29 requires the EPA Administrator to submit an annual report to Congress before February 16 of each year. The section 29 report is to include the total number of applications for conditional registration filed under section 3(c)(7)(B) and 3(c)(7)(C) of the Act during the previous fiscal year.
