Section 555 of the National Flood
Insurance Reform Act of 1994, title V of the Riegle Community
Development and Investment Act of 1994, requires the National Flood
Insurance Program to provide coverage under the Standard Flood
Insurance Policy for increased cost of complying with land use and
control measures established under section 1361 of the National
Flood Insurance Act of 1968.
