In accordance
with 5 CFR 1320, the information collection required for the
referendum ballot is approved. Should the ballot be approved, OMB
will approve the additional information collection requested in the
submission. The agency must submit a change worksheet requesting
that the additional hours be approved after the referendum has
passed. Note: The hours approved also reflect the requested change
to the burden associated with the peanut referendum as required by
the previous terms of clearance.

This is a revision to the Research,
Promotion, and Consumer Information Programs, which USDA will
conduct a referendum to determine whether the issuance of the
proposed Blueberry Promotion, Research, and Information Order is
favored by a majority of the producers voting in the
referendum.
