Terms of Clearance: In accordance with 5 CFR 1320, the information collection required for the referendum ballot is approved. Should the ballot be approved, OMB will approve the additional information collection requested in the submission. The agency must submit a change worksheet requesting that the additional hours be approved after the referendum has passed. Note: The hours approved also reflect the requested change to the burden associated with the peanut referendum as required by the previous terms of clearance.
