This study will assess cost/effects of providing dental sealants to children ages 6 to 12 to determine advantages and contra-indications. Data will be collected from insurance claims, parents by telephone/questionnaire, and children by oral exam/questionnaire. Findings will interest public health agencies, health professional schools, health care professions, and other interested in oral diseases/prevention.
