Abstract: The Secretary of the Interior is required to conduct collection of information relating to certain Alaska Native Vietnam veterans. The goal is to describe the circumstances that prevented the veterans from applying for a Native allotment under the Act of May 17, 1906. A report will be issued that assesses the potential impacts of additional allotments on conservation system units and make recommendations for additional legislation the Secretary deems necessary.
