This congressionally mandated 5-year study examines the implementation of School-to-Work programs in States and local communities. The evaluation involves surveys of local STW partnerships, in-depth case studies in 8 States and 40 communities, and study of students' experiences in high school and postsecondary education. Clearance is requested for previously approved instruments for which data has been collected from 1996-1998.
