These estimates
of burden are associated with both State and Federal Plans
implementing the Emission Guidelines for
Hospital/Medical/Infectious Waste Incinerators under subpart Ce.
Before resubmission of this ICR for extension, the agency should
revise the wage estimates in accordance with guidance provided by
either OMB or EPA's Information Office. The Agency is reminded to
include in the extension estimates of capital burden that are
expected to occur during the period of the extension, that is,
estimated costs of purchase, operation and maintenance of CMS for
incinerator and air pollution control device operation parameters
incurred during the fifth year of the program. Finally, the agency
should update the estimated number of affected sources based on the
experience of states with state plans and also agency experience
with federal plans.
