Owners/operators of all bulk gasoline terminals with a daily throughput greater than 75,700 liters per day are required to notify EPA of construction, modifications, start-ups, malfunctions, and the dates and results of performance tests. Each owner/operator must record the identification number of each gasoline tank truck loaded and must record any leak detected during monthly inspection.
