This study will collect data from charitable organizations that provide emergency food assistance--food banks, food reserve programs, food pantries, and emergency kitchens. Data will be collected on provider's ability to meet current demand and respond to future changes in food demand and resources. This submission, the second of two requesting clearance for the study, requests clearance for the data collection.
