Abstract: The Mid-Atlantic Fishery Management Council is submitting a Fishery Management Plan (FMP) for spiny dogfish. One new collection-of-information requirement proposed is that wholesalers and processors of spiny dogfish would be required to provide employment data in annual reports. The remainder to the Annual Processed Products Report would remain voluntary.
