Used by the Navy to design incentive
packages that will most effectively attract the required pool of
enlistees. The respondents will be pulled from mailing lists of
high school seniors or students attending community college.
Because of the difficulty military recruiting is having achieving
its goals, the Navy plans to fund enlistment incentives at
increased levels. In order to do this more effectively, the Navy
needs more research on the effect of these incentives on enlistment
propensity.
