Abstract: This proposed rule would amend FDA's regulations to require that food producers that manufacture products that bear soy protein/CHD health claims and that contain non-soy sources of protein retain and disclose to appropriate regulatory officials all the records that permit the calculation of the ration of soy protein to other sources of protein.
