Terms of Clearance: Approved consistent with changes described in INS memos of 10-14- 99 and 10-26-99. INS will forward copies of forms with burden statements in accordance with the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995 to OMB within one month. Approval is for two years at which time this collection will be resubmitted to OMB in light of changes to the final rule. These changes shall include a discussion of electronic maintenance of the I-9.
