This study is a two-cell qualitative study of taxpayer and tax preparer reaction to a wide range of creative e-file promotional materials. In addition, interviews will explore taxpayers' overall attitudes toward tax filing and e-file specifically. For this study, a total of 80 one-on-one interviews will be conducted. Data will be used to select the key messages and materials that most effectively communicate the e-file campaign.
