Firms that are interested in providing
supplies or services to EPA will furnish comments or specific
company capability information on anticipated EPA requirements.
They will submit this information when the Agency announces a need
or potential need for suppliers or services they are capable of
providing. Firms will also furnish product or supply specific
information in response to market research questions. EPA may pose
market research questions as part of the presolicitation process.
In both the case of synopses and market research, EPA will use this
information to determine the most suitable approach.
