extension, the agency should reevaluate the estimate of wages
taking into account relevant guidance on the monetization of burden
hours. Also, in future submissions, the agency should clearly state

Subpart N is applicable to BOPFs in
iron and steel plants commencing construction, modification, or
reconstruction after June 11, 1973. Subpart Na is applicable to any
top-blown BOPF, hot metal transfer station, or skimming station for
which construction, reconstruction, or modification commenced after
January 20, 1983. Sources subject to these rules are required to
meet monitoring, recordkeeping, and reporting
requirements.
