The Service will use the biographical
data collected by the carrier to query the Interagency Border
Inspection System (IBIS). Inspectors at the ports-of-entry then
access the electronic manifest and query results in advance of each
flight's arrival. Upon arrival, the applicant can be rapidly
facilitated through the Service's Transit Passenger Inspection
because of this APIS check.
On behalf of this Federal agency, I certify that
