Section 73.3613 requires licensees of
TV and low-power TV broadcast stations to file network affiliation

licensees are required to file time brokerage agreements, which
result in arrangement being counted in compliance with local and

retained at the station. The data are used by FCC staff to assure
that licensee maintains full control over station.
