Abstract: The FY 99 National Defense Authorization Act directed a 5-year pilot program requiring the Military to move home schoolers from tier II to tier I for enlistment purposes. To evaluate the program, this survey will gather information on how military recruiters can reach out to home schoolers, as well as identify genuine home school graduates. We will administer it to presidents of home school associations.
