This form is used by the clerk of
courts that administer the oath of allegiance for naturalization to
notify the INS of all persons to whom the oath was administered.
The information is used by the INS to update its alien files and
records to indicate that the aliens are now citizens; develop an
audit trail on the certificates of naturalization; and determine
the payments to be made to the courts for reimbursement of their
expenses in connection with the naturalization process.
On behalf of this Federal agency, I certify that
