Terms of Clearance: This approval coveres three separate reg packages: (1) Institutional and Financial Assistance Information (Consumerism), (2) Return of Title IV Funds (Refunds), (3) Default Reduction Measures authorized by Title IV, HEA (Cohort Defaults). Within the Consumerism package there are certain provisions that are covered by other OMB# which have been previously cleared. Student Right to Know (1845-0004) covers 668.41, 668.45, and 668.48. The approval expires 7/2000. Equity in Athletics (1845-0010) covers 668.41 and 668.47. The approval expires 6/2002.
