Abstract: This information collection is designed to evaluate the efficacy of the ENERGY STAR Labeling Program as a non-regulatory strategy for preventing air pollution, per section 103 of the Clean Air Act. Information will be used to ascertain the effectiveness of program strategies and inform future program direction. The evaluation consists of 10 voluntary questionnaires including three statistical surveys. Respondents include consumers, information system managers, office managers, heating and cooling equipment industry professionals, and office equipment vendors.
