continute its efforts to increase respondent use of the interactive
diskette reporting system.

EEO-1 data are used by EEOC to
investigate charges of employment discrimination against private
employers. Data are shared with the Department of Labor (Office of
Federal Contract Compliance Programs), other agencies, and 23 State
and 56 local FEPAs.
