Abstract: Section 76.987 requires that cable operators file with the Commission, within 30 days of offering a new programming tier ("NPT"), a copy of the rate card containing names of programming services contained on each tier, prices for each tier, and a copy of the notification that was sent to subscribers regarding the initial offering of NPTs.
