Terms of Clearance: Approved consistent with changes described in INS memos of 1-14- 00, 1-24-00, and 1-27-00. In addition to these changes, INS will include in the second stage of its survey, informing respondents that a certificate of confidentiality has been issued. When analyzing the results of this evaluation, INS will pay particular attention to the responses of small businesses and when presenting the analysis, INS shall call attention to these responses.
