Regulatory Compliance"(see attached). OSHA will begin immediately a
comprehensive review of its certification records and the
underlying requirements and will complete this review within two
years. Upon completion of this review, OSHA will begin rulemaking
as necessary to modify or remove any underlying requirements
determined to warrant such action. OSHA shall report to OMB upon
resubmission of this collection any plans for regulatory revision
affecting this collection or the reasons such revisions are not
necessary.

derricks have been inspected according to the timeframes in the
provisions.
