Abstract: The information collected on FERC-716A is used by the Commission to order transmission service by a transmitting utility after an applicant's request for such services has been made to the transmitting utility 60 days prior to notifying the Commission. The Commission will make a determination of an acceptable request under section 211 of the Federal Power Act.
