Abstract: Respondents are owners or operators of CISWI units. All respondents would read the rule and are required to prepare a control plan and waste management plan. The control plan and waste management plan must be submitted and kept on-site. The information will be used to ensure that the emission guidelines for commercial and industrial solid waste incineration units are being achieved on a continuous basis.
