Abstract: Respondents are owners or operators of CISWI units. All respondents must conduct initial and annual stack tests, establish and continuously monitor operating parameters, prepare a waste management plan, prepare a sitting analysis, and conduct operator training and qualification. Reports must be submitted and records kept on-site to document and suspport the above activities. The information will be used to ensure that the new source performance standards for commercial and industrial solid waste incineration units and being achieved on a continuous basis.
