In accordance
with 5 CFR 1320, the information collection is approved for six
months. Upon resubmission, the agency must provide evidence that
the target response rate was met. If the target response rate is
not met, the agency should provide a detailed and comprehensive
explanation of the actions that will be taken to improve the
response rate in future surveys. The agency will also account for
all burden associated with the collection of the information,
including the burden for nonrespondents and any burden associated
with instructions or requests for survey participation. The burden
in the current package has been adjusted upward by the agency to
account for this burden. In future submissions, the agency will
provide a detailed description of this burden in the supporting
statement.
