necessary to comply with section 127 of Public Law 106-52. The
Secretary of Defense is directed to submit to the Senate Committee
on Appropriations, Subcommittee on Military Construction, a report
examining the adequacy of special education facilities and services
available to the dependent children of military personnel stationed
in the U.S. Respondents will be 90 school districts by means of a
questionnaire, validated by phone calls or visits to selected
districts. The survey data will be used to determine adequacy of
