The fiscal year (FY) 1999 Omnibus Consolidated and Emergency Supplemental Appropriation Act (Pub. L. 105-277) provides $10 million in FY 2000 funds for child care research, demostration, and evaluation activities to be used directly or through grants or contracts. In this notice, ACF announces the availability of these funds and requests child care research applications. Universities and colleges, public agencies, nonprofit organizations, and for-profit organizations agreeing to waive their fees are invited to submit applications for field-initiated child care research projects, child care policy research....
