Abstract: The Special Purpose Onion Shipment form is used by handlers in verifying the proper disposition of onions for fresh processing. An interim final rule relaxing container requirements under the marketing order is expected to double the number of loads of such onions shipped per handler, and increase the reporting burden accordingly.
